Develop your Business with the Teesside University Help to Grow Programme!

Teesside University's International Business School are currently recruiting for their Help to Grow Programme starting this September. Leaders and senior managers from businesses that have been operating for over a year with between 5-249 employees are eligible to join this course aimed to help you increase productivity and profitability.   For just £750 you can take your organisation to the next level and become part of the Teesside University Business School Network,.  The programme is 90% funded by government and has already been delivered to over 100 businesses.

This 12 week course is delivered both face-to-face and online.  Sessions cover: strategy and innovation, marketing, brand building, organisational design, leading change financial management, digital adoption, implementing growth plans and much more.  In addition, participants get 10 hours of 1-2-1 mentoring from a business coach.

The programme gives you an opportunity to take time away from day-to-day activities and look at the bigger picture. By the end of the programme, you will develop a tailored business growth plan to lead your business to its full potential. You will hear from inspirational business leaders and learn alongside local peers, with access to a national alumni network.
