An opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join the team at our Manchester site. In RSSL we are customer focused, science led and results driven. The RSSL Pharmaceutical Development laboratory performs a wide range of analytical analyses for a variety of pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. The Senior Scientist II will play a key role in ensuring that pharmaceutical projects within the Pharmaceutical Development laboratory are performed and supervised effectively and accurately within agreed timescales and to appropriate quality standards. The role will manage a team of scientists, providing technical direction, and will be responsible for reviewing and authorising of certificates of analysis, interpretive scientific reports, method development and validations and authorizing competencies within the area of expertise.
To provide even more excellence to our clients, we have acquired a brand new Amino Acid Analyser linked to an Ion Chromatography machine. This Experienced Scientist position will manage the day-to-day running of this equipment and provide support in our new business venture as we provide ninhydrin-positive substance testing to GMP and pharmacopeia standards for a wide range of RSSL clients. We’re looking for a driven chemist who has strong industry experience in at least one of the relevant areas to take on the exciting challenge of spearheading this project.
