Join the UK Pavilion at the BIO International Convention 2023

Going to BIO this year? Register your interest now to exhibit on the UK Pavilion. Read on to learn more about other opportunities to participate in the convention.
From 5-8 June 2023, top decision makers from up to 75 countries will descend on Boston to attend the annual BIO International Convention with around 14,000 attendees from across the globe.
Exhibiting with the UK Pavilion
The Department for Business and Trade (formerly DIT) is organising the UK Pavilion at the Convention, which will act as a focal point for UK life sciences at this key global event. There is limited space for UK companies to exhibit as part of the UK Pavilion and expressions of interest are now open.
Exhibitors will have a dedicated, branded space on the UK Pavilion to carry out your meetings and raise awareness of your business. Exhibitors on the UK Pavilion will also be able to utilise BIO’s online partnering platform* to book on-stand meetings at the UK Pavilion. Please see below for details for the cost and register your interest in exhibiting by 24 February 2023.
• Cost: £4,000 +VAT. Includes an exhibition pod on the UK Pavilion and two on-stand partnering passes.*
• Companies who are successfully awarded a pod to exhibit as part of the UK Pavilion can expect to hear back 13 March 2023.
• Companies not planning to exhibit may be interested in other discounted rates for UK delegates to register for the conference. Please see below.
*On-stand partnering passes are only available through the UK Pavilion organisers. Valued at $800 each these allow exhibitors to access the BIO online partnering system to request and book meetings at the UK Pavilion. On-stand partnering passes may be upgraded to full convention partnering passes that allow for access to the BIO business forum spaces and other BIO events for an additional fee. BIO recommends that for exhibiting companies sending out two people from their team, at least one person upgrades to a full partnering pass to double their impact.

The fee to exhibit in the UK Pavilion (£4,000 + VAT) includes an exhibition pod on the UK Pavilion and two on-stand partnering passes only. All other costs including flights, accommodation, insurance and airport transfers are not included in the price and must be organised directly by you.’
