BIO International Convention

Over one week during the BIO International Convention, the UK Government will be on the ground, networking, supporting, and celebrating UK businesses and life sciences.

If you are an SME, DIT can support you via the UK Tradeshow Programme with education and training on BIO, with potential funding to exhibit or attend the show. DIT will also refresh and expand our Biotech Asset List, which is shared with US and global biopharma company business development teams, featuring UK biotech assets, IP and platform technologies available for licensing and partnering.

Brand new this year is your chance to be part of a year-long UK Lifescience Innovators’ Showcase, highlighting the best of UK life sciences. Kicking off with BIO, profile, presence, and international business support will all be offered – including support for select showcase winners to participate in BIO and take advantage of those partnering opportunities.

The key dates for your diary are:

BIO early-bird registration discount

Apply through BioPartner by 17 March to attend BIO for a $400 discount on standard registration. After this date, registration is discounted by $200.

UK Tradeshow Programme

Apply by 24 March to DIT’s UK Tradeshow Programme for education and training on BIO, and the chance of up to £4000 support to exhibit at the show; and no later than 13 April for up to £500 support to attend BIO.

BIO Start-Up Stadium

Sign up free for BIO’s Start-Up Stadium by 1 April. Increase your visibility with investors, state and regional affiliates, and early-stage companies. Winners receive $800 discount rates for registration.
