Published on 11/02/2025
The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is calling for expressions of interest from UK companies and organisations seeking to exhibit on the UK Pavilion at BIO 2025 this June.
From 16th-19th June, top decision-makers from up to 80 countries will be in Boston to attend this key biopharma and biotech event. With around 20,000 delegates from around the globe, it is one of the world’s largest partnering meetings.
The UK pavilion will act as a focal point for UK life sciences with all four UK nations represented at the tradeshow. This year, we will be featuring innovative UK-based life sciences companies who are looking for global partners, investment, growing their exports or building their international profile.
Selected exhibitors on the UK pavilion will benefit from:
- A dedicated branded pod on the UK pavilion to showcase your organisation
- Access to BIO's online partnering system to hold meetings on the UK pavilion
- Profiling of your organisation in our marketing and comms plans
- Invitations to select activities and networking receptions organised by DBT and our partners
- 2 exhibition hall passes and 1 exhibitor partnering pass (upgrades available)
- Pre-event briefings to help you achieve your goals at BIO25
Costs of this and other packages will be shared upon application.
What you need to do:
Please complete the following form to register your interest in exhibiting with DBT at BIO 2025 by 17 February 2025.
The following form part of our selection criteria:
- Your internationalisation plans for your products or services including focus markets.
- The expected impact to your business of being selected as a co-exhibitor on the UK pavilion.
- The fit of your innovative products, tech platforms and services with the UK Government’s focus on life sciences, growth and health. We are especially looking to feature innovative therapeutics for common and rare diseases, cell and gene therapies, personalized medicines, genomics, biomanufacturing, techbio and engbio solutions.
- For applicants having previously participated in DBT activities, missions or UK pavilions, evidence of the value these past activities have generated for your organisation.
