CREATIVE HEALTHCARE AGENCY IGNIFI WELCOMES MORE NEW RECRUITS AS PART OF 2022 GROWTH PLANS

Sunderland based healthcare marketing agency IGNIFI has expanded its studio team and digital, design and creative capabilities with the double appointment of Matthew Perry as Multimedia Designer and Amy Lee as Designer last month. These latest additions are part of wider business growth plans which have seen a significant number of strategic additions to the different IGNIFI teams as the business continues to flourish. This includes the appointment of a Medical Account Manager and an additional designer earlier in the year alongside a further four roles IGNIFI are currently recruiting for.

The latest additions to the IGNIFI studio team will support the increase in demand from clients for digital campaign creativity and assets.

Matthew Perry joins IGNIFI with seven years of experience gained across a range of sectors with a variety of design agencies.  Alongside a degree in Animation from the University of Salford, Matt also brings with him a strong set of design and digital skills, including experience developing omnichannel campaigns, featuring both print and digital media, and particularly motion graphics, video editing, exhibition, display and more.

Amy Lee has over eight years of design experience and joins IGNIFI from a Durham-based design agency where she worked as a Senior Graphic Designer. Amy has a degree in Graphic Design which she gained from Sunderland University and a strong background in branding with a keen interest in multimedia design.

Commenting on the new appointments to the studio team Digital Manager, Craig Lambert said,

‘Both Amy and Matt join our design studio, increasing our capacity as well as adding their own unique skills into the mix. Matt’s expertise in motion graphics and digital design will allow us to make further advancements in our video/animation delivery. Amy’s experience and versatility will allow us to support more projects and ensure our clients’ high-quality design needs are at the forefront as IGNIFI continues to grow.’

The recent appointments to the IGNIFI studio team are part of a wider recruitment drive to expand agency resources in 2022 and beyond to meet current client demand and future opportunities. In April 2022, IGNIFI welcomed Designer John Mares and in May, Medical Account Manager Laura Powell joined the Client Services team following the completion of the lab-based element of her PhD.

Increasing opportunities from new and existing clients has necessitated more resource in the Client Services team in particular. IGNIFI are currently recruiting for three roles within this team, which include Graduate Account Executive, Senior Account Manager and Strategic Healthcare Director.

IGNIFI Managing Director, Dave Watson, commented,

After two years of outstanding performance during the recent pandemic, IGNIFI is now establishing its growth trajectory for the future by adding even more great people to a very talented team. This will further enhance the services our national and international healthcare clients depend on us for and enable new opportunities too.’
