ApconiX Welcomes Calum MacGregor
Calum graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in biochemistry where his final year project focused on cellular calcium signalling and regulation.
Before joining ApconiX, Calum was part of non-clinical safety teams working on late as well as earlier projects in the drug portfolio, including in target safety assessment and discovery, commenting “I really enjoyed the early discovery phase because studies are very much bespoke and specific to your projects”.
Nic, Deputy Head of Safety Science, commented, “We are very excited to bring Calum into the fold and having known him over several years.
