OLG records 2 million hours incident-free

Integrated engineering solutions company, OLG UK, has marked a major safety milestone after recording two million manhours without a single reportable incident or Lost Time Incident (LTI).

With operating centres across the UK, including OLG Consulting based in Winchester, OLG UK has achieved this milestone delivering multiple projects across numerous clients’ sites throughout the UK.

The news follows OLG’s recent rebrand from the former “On Line Group” – a name that was a much-loved name in the sector since it was founded in 1982. The company wanted to keep with the times, but still keep a hand in to its name that had become a trusted name, gaining a strong reputation of the highest level of safety performance – something which is further underlined by this latest achievement.

OLG Consulting, based in Colden Common, operates as part of OLG UK as a specialised technology focused chemical and process engineering consultancy. With significant expertise in a wide range of technology platforms including biotechnology, specialising in the engineering design of operations in the antibiotics, vaccines, therapeutic medicines, monoclonal antibodies and regenerative medicines product sectors.

As well as OLG Consulting, OLG UK is made up of OLG Engineering, one of the UK’s leading providers of engineering, design, procurement, construction and project management services across the Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Chemical, Power and Utilities sectors. The company specialises in multi-discipline engineering, design, procurement and project management across the Engineering and Construction Industry with demand for OLG’s expert team of engineering and technical consultants increasing across the UK.
