CY Partners expanding business across the South with a new team member

Here at CY it’s our pleasure to announce another new team member joining us and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Neil Walton to the CY Partners team!

Neil joins us as an Associate Director and will be developing CYs business in the Southern UK across all the scientific sectors.  We are excited to be setting up a Southern Office later this year, which will mean growing the team and we are looking to bring new people into our agile, and thriving business.

With a degree in Biochemistry and extensive experience in the scientific industry over a period of more than 20 years both as a Microbiologist and a recruiter, Neil has a solid understanding of scientific practices and knows how to engage with active and passive talent with the scientific industries.  Neil has worked with blue chip corporations, down to tiny Biotech, start-ups, and everything in between.  Neil can provide timely and innovative solutions that are tailored to a company’s processes, cultures and growth plans. An experienced leader, Neil knows how to grow and develop a successful team and put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

In his spare time Neil enjoys exploring the great outdoors as much as possible. At the weekends he can be found roller skating, hiking and wild camping, although he does enjoy a good board game when the weather gets too hostile!
