Our client, a leading manufacturer of inorganic compounds based in the Midlands, is seeking a talented R&D Chemist to join their innovative team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced materials for diverse applications including coatings, inks, and films.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and understand the properties and applications of existing inorganic compounds
- Synthesize and develop new materials tailored to specific industrial uses
- Support scale-up processes and provide technical expertise to resolve production challenges
- Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards
Candidate Profile:
We welcome applications from individuals with a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or Materials Science, along with relevant experience in inorganic synthesis or materials development. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation are essential.
