A Day of Discovery: TotalLab at STEM Week

Our Head of Sales and Business Development, Dr. Steven Dodd was recently invited to a local primary school to take part in their annual STEM week. Walking into a classroom buzzing with excitement, he was reminded of his own first encounters with science - a moments that shaped his career path and, ultimately, led him to TotalLab.

Throughout the day, he shared his personal journeys, from childhood curiosity to various advanced degrees and, finally, to working with TotalLab to develop cutting-edge analytical software tools for scientific research. He engaged students with open discussions about what it means to be a scientist in today’s world and the various career paths a scientific background can lead to. Their questions were thoughtful, their enthusiasm infectious, and their creativity inspiring.
