C&C bring home the silverware at the Stockport Business Awards!

Having been the bridesmaid at last year’s event, it was incredibly satisfying for C&C to receive the nod at this year’s ceremony, held on October 3rd at Edgeley Park, the home of Stockport County FC.
Over 350 people descended on the venue to celebrate the best of the best from the local business community. The awards have been running since 2012 and with 13 categories up for grabs, help to promote the success and achievements across businesses of all sizes.
Once again, the host for the evening was 90s TV favourite, Jenny Powell, who dispatched her duties with her usual charismatic charm and easy banter with the crowd.
And for the second year running, C&C were one of three finalists in the £5m+ turnover category which was the last award to be presented on the evening. Only this time it was Malc and the C&C team who were invited to the stage in front of a packed audience to claim the award!
Malc says: “It was a real privilege to receive this recognition from the judging panel. We’re aware of just how successful the last 12 to 18 months have been for us, but it’s fantastic to see it confirmed this way. I’m so delighted for the wider C&C team too, as it’s their hard work and commitment to our clients that drives our success, and its that success that’s the real prize.
Whichever way you look at it, C&C has once again delivered the best year in our history. We’ve added new office locations, new divisions, headcount, client numbers and referrals are all up. We’ve expanded our sponsorship base and we’re just entering the final phase of refurbishment at our Head Office. I’m delighted with what we’ve achieved and where we’re heading! And I can absolutely confirm, there’s so much more to come.
