Our degree apprenticeships have been helping businesses to develop their future talent pipeline. Karen Capper, Head of Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Technology and Development at AstraZeneca said: “Pharmaceutical Microbiology is a specific skill that is in high demand and difficult to recruit at entry level with the required experience. Apprenticeships are used as one of our recruitment options as it enables us to develop the skills needed whilst studying the theory via the apprenticeship provider.” Read her full testimonial about their apprenticeship experience with us.
