Upskill managers to lead teams and projects effectively with Newcastle University’s Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Higher Apprenticeship. If your employees:
- Manage people or projects
- Are responsible for the delivery of a service or product
- Lead change within their area of work
- Have some financial and resource responsibility
SMEs can access 95% funding towards the total cost of the programme, meaning they would only need to pay £350 towards the cost of training. Large organisations can use their apprenticeship levy to fully fund the programme. Our next 21 month programme starts this April, and applications are open now.
