Key aspects of the role: 

• Support with the design, installation, and commission of new production processes with the view to optimise yield and efficiency 
• Contribute to production root cause analysis, and change proposals 
• Support with the set up of scale-up and scale-down processes, including making appropriate updates to process FMEAs and changes to equipment design and configuration 
• Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents required for efficient operation of the process 
• Support in first line technical troubleshooting for process handover to production. 

 
Applicant requirements 

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an equivalent role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or medical device bioprocess environment or other closely related industry considered. 
• Strong communication across all levels of the organisation 
• MEng/BEng in Chemical Engineering or equivalent in a closely related discipline
