ITS makes a Strategic Move Towards Sales Transformation

ITS is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Stephens as our new Sales and Marketing Director. Andrew brings to our team a wealth of expertise garnered over more than two decades in the industry. With a diverse background spanning various challenging sectors, including Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy, Andrew has consistently demonstrated his commitment to driving growth and facilitating sales transformation.

Throughout his career, Andrew has collaborated with some of the largest EPC contractors and integrators across the UK and Europe, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned leader in the field. His extensive experience in Renewable Energy, which encompasses hydrogen, wind and as BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), positions him as a valuable asset as we navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable solutions.

Andrew's journey is marked by a dedication to excellence and continuous learning with a foundation in Civil Engineering, he earned his BEng (Hons.) before pursuing further education to attain a Level 7 in Strategic Management and an MBA in International Business. Additionally, his Chartered Fellow membership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) emphasises his commitment to professional development and leadership.

Andrew's appointment comes at a pivotal moment for ITS as we continue to expand our presence in the market and pursue new opportunities for growth. His strategic leadership and deep industry knowledge will play a critical role in driving our business forward and further solidifying our position as a leader in Life Sciences, Power and Energy and Chemical Manufacturing.
