I’m wondering members wouldn't mind partaking in my HR survey which I’m running with life science/pharmaceutical companies? It’s linked above.
Broadly, as you’ll see I’m running some analysis of the market to try and help advise companies better on considerations ahead of hiring. The main two considerations candidates have in pensions and maternity/paternity are of particular interest though we’re keen to collect broader thoughts also. Hopefully all be less than 5 minutes to do.
All feedback is confidential via the link above but it will hopefully build a picture of things across the market. Naturally once compiled, I’ll be happy to share results, it will likely take the form of a fact-sheet for chemical/pharmaceutical companies that I'll share via this platform.
