Tiro, a leading recruitment and training provider for science and technology apprenticeships, has launched a new report outlining the key recruitment issues facing the science and technology sectors. Alongside the report, Tiro brought together experts in recruitment, HR and training from organisations like AstraZeneca, SOCOTEC and TriRx to discuss the findings of the report in the first Tiro Summit. The wide ranging conversation expanded on the need for the science and technology sectors to ensure that there is a pipeline of young talent in place who can go on to become the industry leaders of the future.
