Last Call for Internationalisation Fund Grant Applications…
The Department for International Trade is offering match-funded grants of between £1,000 and £9,000 (subject to eligibility and availability). The aim of the programme is to support activities which will facilitate your international business success.
To secure a grant, you'll need to fund a proportion of your costs yourself (50% macth funded)
The Fund is currently available throughout NW England with some availability in the North East and Yorshire & Humberside.
Applications will close on FRIDAY 30th December 2022.
Examples of eligible activities would include (but not limited to):
- Advice from third party private sector experts, which may include:- market research, market selection and entry advice, advice on Intellectual Property Rights, cross cultural negotiation support and standards, translation and cultural advice, international trade legal advice, PR support, international social media and search engine optimisation, international marketing, routes to market/agency advice, overseas business environment, and due diligence;
- SME costs of participation in Trade Fairs, Trade Missions and independent SME market development visits
- One application and one claim per company
- Grants allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis
- Activity to be completed by the early March 2023
- Minimum claim value is £1000 (so total project spend needs to be £2,000)
The fund is supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
