A highly experienced talent acquisition specialist, Natalie Hough's 20+ year track record began within the Health and Social Care sector, before transitioning into Life Sciences with a particular focus upon Pharmaceuticals. Whilst experienced across all disciplines, she has directed her expertise towards Bioproduction, Biotechnology and Manufacturing, enjoying the satisfaction gained at this stage in the product journey, as she helps her clients commercialise the results of their R&D.
