Life science and healthtech community Bionabu, the industry destination for connection, conversation, and collaboration,
today announces the launch of a virtual clinic for Ukrainian refugees, designed to provide 24/7 telehealth and mHealth services.
Millions of Ukrainians have left their homes to escape the Russian invasion of their country and the bombardment
of their villages, towns, and cities. Several hospitals and health centres within Ukraine have been damaged or destroyed.
The displaced refugee burden on European countries is expected to reach as much as 5 million people,
with most being women, children, and the elderly.
To provide remote access to essential medical support for displaced refugees, Bionabu has created a virtual clinic
supported by international volunteer doctors and healthcare professionals who speak their primary languages of
Ukrainian or Russian. The digital platform will allow for direct one-on-one patient or parent connection to a qualified
and trained provider free of charge.
Qualified doctors with a valid medical license may access the platform, learn more, and volunteer here:

The greatest need is for Ukrainian and Russian speaking general practitioners, pediatricians, OB/GYN’s, pediatric psychiatrists and neurologists, and general psychiatrists with experience in trauma. Dentists and other medical specialists will also be needed.
Bionabu founder and CEO Ina Burgstaller told us: “I just had to do something to help, and we have connections with doctors and
healthcare professionals all over the world. We are ideally placed to bring medical professionals together and provide the platform for
the help so desperately needed.”
