Collated Guidance for Business on no deal preparations

We have received feedback from some Trade Associations that it would be helpful if Government guidance to business on no deal preparations wasall in one place. This is in the process of happening, but in the meantime we have summarised below the guidance that Government has made available to support businesses in preparing for a no-deal exit.

Many of you will have already received this information and taken most of the necessary steps. However, we also know that others are struggling to keep track of all the different potential no deal impacts and government information. We hope this email is of help.

We would welcome your feedback on the guidance that has been published to date so that we can work with colleagues to ensure that the information on no deal is as comprehensive and clear as possible.

We will continue to keep you updated as matters progress and if you have any questions in the meantime please do not hesitate to get in touch. Clearly the Government’s priority is securing  agreement on a deal but it is sensible that we and you take steps to mitigate risks that will arise in the event of no deal.

Kind Regards
