This event aims to bring together like-minded individuals working in the biotech and life science sector, and women looking to pursue a career in this industry. We will have talks from inspirational women in the industry on topics ranging from leadership, pioneering innovation, achieving successand and the visibility of women in biotech to investment challenges & opportunies and ways to connect with each other.

The event aims to:

Allow attendees to share personal and professional experiences and career strategies from a female perspective
Assist women at any stage of their professional journey to achieve their future aspirations
Encourage women to enter and maintain careers in biotech
Generate a wider network of professionals working in biotech
