I head up the Business Development function at Bionow and sit on the Bionow Board, working closely with our CEO on shaping and driving the overall business strategy. Alongside our Membership Managers and wider team, I support Members in increasing their competitiveness by managing relationships, fostering collaborations, and promoting our University Sponsors and Preferred Partners, while also engaging with many of our larger companies. 

I lead on the Bionow Empowering Women in Biotech series, reflecting my passion for supporting and advancing women in STEM.
