Talentmark celebrates 55 years of supporting scientific and medical progress

This year marks a special milestone for Talentmark as we celebrate our 55th anniversary and more than five decades of supporting scientific and medical progress through specialist workforce solutions.

Our story began in 1971, when Talentmark Executive became the first executive search business to specialise exclusively in the life sciences industry. Since then, we’ve grown into a global workforce solutions partner supporting the life sciences and chemical industries.

Some of the achievements we're particularly proud to have contributed to include:

• GSK – Salford Lung Study: Providing and managing 250 specialist research staff for a landmark study that helped transform how medicines are evaluated in everyday clinical practice.
• Bristol Myers Squibb – Cancer Immunotherapy: Building specialist capabilities to support the launch of ipilimumab, a pioneering treatment that helped bring cancer immunotherapy into the mainstream.
• BioNTech – COVID-19 Vaccine: Supporting key functions that helped bring Comirnaty to market in under a year, with the underlying mRNA science recognised by the 2023 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.
• Capstan Therapeutics – Advanced Cell Therapies: Helping build the Board and executive leadership team behind pioneering technology designed to generate CAR-T cells directly inside the body.
