Lancaster University's Chemistry Department to host RSC Organic Chemistry community North West Regional Meeting 2026
The Chemistry Department at Lancaster University is delighted to share that will be hosting the RSC Organic Chemistry community North West Regional Meeting 2026, on Friday 3rd July 2026.
This one-day meeting has significant regional reach, drawing Faculty, PhD students and PDRAs in Organic Chemistry from across the North West. The meeting is free of charge to academic delegates and supported by the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Organic Chemistry Community Council.
Each year the meeting typically welcomes around 100 participants from Lancaster, UCLAN, Liverpool, and Manchester Universities, and exhibitors and sponsors from different industries. We are putting together an exciting programme of academic and industry talks, and Prof Donna Blackmond (from Scripps Research) is already confirmed as the plenary speaker. We will be presenting her with the 2025 Centenary Prize for Chemistry and Communication medal.
To give you the opportunity to connect with delegates, and help us offer them a fantastic experience, we are looking to attract sponsorship. We are offering different packages:
