Bionow News

Bionow is delighted to reveal the shortlist for the 2025 Bionow Awards, celebrating excellence, innovation and impact across the life sciences sector.

This year saw an exceptionally strong response, with a diverse range of high-quality nominations submitted across all categories and in record-breaking numbers. A total of 149 applications were received, representing a 50% increase on last year and reflecting growing engagement from across the life sciences community.

Entries were submitted by 86 organisations from across the UK and Europe, highlighting the breadth of companies, teams and individuals keen to showcase their work through the Bionow Awards. The judging panel faced a particularly challenging task, with outstanding entries spanning early-stage innovation, technical excellence, collaboration and commercial success.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to enter. The strength and quality of the applications is a powerful reflection of the talent, ambition and momentum within the life sciences community across the North, the UK and beyond.
