The North East Technology Park (NETPark) is one of the UK’s premier science, engineering and technology parks with a dynamic and supportive environment that helps accelerate the growth of companies in global markets. We are currently home to over forty innovative companies, providing over 1,000 highly skilled jobs and benefit from being a base for strategic partners CPI and world top 100 university, Durham University. Together we create a science park with an ecosystem that fosters, encourages and drives innovation. CPI manage three national innovation centres on-site: The National Innovation Centre for Printable Electronics, The National Innovation Centre for Formulations and The National Innovation Centre for Healthcare Photonics. Our recently completed £100m expansion introduces 285,650 sq. ft. of advanced, future-ready workspace across 12 high-specification units ranging from 11,500 to 35,700 sq. ft. Purpose-built to empower scientific, engineering, and tech-focused organisations, the development combines cutting-edge infrastructure with a collaborative ecosystem designed to turn bold ideas into commercial success
