Lancaster University Science, Health & Technology Careers Fair

We are delighted to invite you to Lancaster University’s Science, Health & Technology Careers Fair! We will be inviting a wide range of companies to attend, who will be offering internships, placement years or graduate roles to our students. The fair will be open to all students, from all year groups, across the university with a focus on students from the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Faculty of Health and Medicine.  Together these include the following departments: Engineering, Physics, Computing and Communications, Mathematics & Statistics, Lancaster Environment Centre, Chemistry, Psychology, Natural Sciences, Biomedical and Life Sciences, Sports and Exercise Science and Medicine and Surgery.

The fair is free to attend and will be held in the LICA building on campus. 

Up to 50 employers will be exhibiting with student attendance of up to 500.

The stand size provided is 1m wide and contains a table, table cloth, 2 chairs and electricity, and room for a pop up promotional banner.

If you intend to bring a larger exhibition stand please advise us in advance.  

TO BOOK FOR THE SCIENCE, HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY CAREERS FAIR:

1. Register on Careers Connect if you do not already have an account
Careers Connect is our free vacancy web-portal that allows you to upload your vacancies and manage your vacancies from your own account, allowing Lancaster students to see your opportunities. 
Once your registration has been approved you will be able to access the booking registration form for the fair.

2. Log on to your Careers Connect account and select EVENTS.  
The Science, Health & Technology Careers Fair will be listed as one of the events you can book onto. Please complete the booking form as requested.

3. There is the option to add your vacancies to the Careers Connect Portal, and these will be made visible to students in advance of the fair.

Once you have registered for the fair, you will receive full details about attendance two weeks in advance of the fair.
