Seda is a science‑led pharmaceutical services organisation supporting biotech, pharma and emerging innovators across the full drug development lifecycle.  Following recent investment from BGF, Seda is entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth, expanding operational capacity, strengthening market presence, and broadening our service offering, including the development of a new Clinical Manufacturing capability.  

To support us on our growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Bid Writer based at our offices in Cheadle, South Manchester.  

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality, technically robust proposals and bid documentation that clearly articulate Seda’s scientific, technical and operational capabilities to prospective clients. The postholder will translate complex information into compelling, client‑focused submissions across proposals, tenders, RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy, clarity and commercial strength. They will also oversee all associated documentation activities, including the review of Master Services Agreements, Terms and Conditions and confidentiality agreements, safeguarding Seda’s commercial interests and supporting the efficient progression of new business opportunities. 

You’ll have a scientific or technical background within pharmaceuticals, life science contract services, or a related environment with proven experience producing high‑quality technical documentation (e.g. proposals, protocols, study reports, regulatory or quality documentation).
