Seda is a science‑led pharmaceutical services organisation supporting biotech, pharma and emerging innovators across the full drug development lifecycle.  Following recent investment from BGF, Seda is entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth, expanding operational capacity, strengthening market presence, and broadening our service offering, including the development of a new Clinical Manufacturing capability. To support us on our growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner based at our offices in Cheadle, South Manchester.  

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment service that strengthens organisational capability and supports long‑term workforce planning. The role combines strategic hiring expertise with hands‑on delivery, ensuring managers receive proactive guidance, market insight, and a consistently positive candidate experience. 

You’ll be educated to at least degree level and ideally with 3+ years’ experience in recruitment roles.
