We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, resourceful, pro-active, and conscientious Business Development Executive to support the activity of the Business Development team. Based in Bradford, UK, the position would particularly suit a talented, science-based graduate or post-graduate, or early career professional looking for a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have a good standard of written English and excellent communication skills. The role involves identifying and building client relationships, with a view to providing solutions that enable the development of high-performing products, as well as identifying partners and investors willing to invest in our portfolio of innovative medicines. There will also be a requirement to support marketing, communications, and international conference activity. Full in-situ training will be offered, and the role offers considerable potential for development and career progression. 

We expect to recruit someone who is scientifically confident, who is quickly able to learn about new technology and who is interested in human health. Working closely with senior colleagues based in the UK, it is important that our new Business Development Executive shows initiative, is organised and selfmotivated. We are looking for someone with a warm personality, drive, excellent relationship-building skills, and a positive approach, who is flexible and willing to support the wider team in the UK and beyond. Whilst we do not require specific experience, we are looking for a graduate with a proven record of success, with a desire to develop. A background in life sciences would be an advantage.
