An opportunity for an experienced Analytical Supervisor to join a global leading Medical Device company. Experience in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device organisation essential.

Job Title: R&D Analytical Research Advisor
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £27,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Location: North West

SRG are working with a leading global medical device company, who as a result of internal promotion, have a requirement for a R&D Analytical Research Adviser who will be responsible for developing and validating new analytical R&D test methods.


This is an exciting opening for an Analytical Supervisor to join a successful and reputable market leader, based at the global centre of excellence for their leading products. A competitive package including pension and bonus scheme is on offer.


• As a R&D Analytical Research Advisor, you will be responsible for the development and validation of analytical test methods
• Production, review and approval of laboratory test data
• Ensuring calibration and validation of equipment are performed to meet quality compliance
• Draft, review and approval of analytical documents ensuring quality compliance
• Supervision of staff and allocation of workloads to meet departmental and project needs


• Strong supervisory skills
• Good working knowledge of GMP/GLP requirements
• Competency in lab related activities
• Eligibility to work in the UK

The ideal Analytical Research Advisor will be degree qualified or equivalent in Chemistry or a related subject and must have appropriate skills together with underpinning knowledge. Previous experience of working in a GMP regulated pharmaceutical/Medical Device environment is essential.
