Launch of NHS Test Beds – Wave 2

The Test Beds programme provides funding and support to NHS organisations and industry to test combinations of technology and pathway innovation to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the health service. To support this, the AHSN Network is running a series of five matchmaking events during April. These will take place in London, Cambridge, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester.

The Test Beds programme provides funding and support to NHS organisations and industry to test combinations of technology and pathway innovation to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the health service. Wave 2 of the programme is currently live and accepting applications.

To support this, the AHSN Network is running a series of five matchmaking events during April. These will take place in London, Cambridge, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester.

The events will each be themed with a different health challenge and there will be an Innovation Zone at each event enabling businesses to showcase their digital products and capabilities and how they can be applied and developed to support the challenges.

The dates of the events are:

9 April / 12:00 – 16:30 The Tower Hotel, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1LD

12 April / 10:00 – 14:30 Homerton College, Hills Road, Cambridge, CB2 8PH (Theme: Type 2 Diabetes)

17 April / 10:00 – 14:30 Birmingham Conference & Exhibition Centre, Hill Street, Birmingham, B5 4EW 20 April / 10:00 – 14:30 Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road, Bristol, BS3 2EJ

23 April / 10:00 – 14:30 etcVenues Manchester, 11, Portland Street, Manchester, M1 3HU
